Bounce Protein Balls – Review

Nutrition is one of the most important parts of sport, and surprisingly what you eat after exercise can be just as vital as what you eat before. Protein allows your muscles to rebuild after exercise, which means you’ll be stronger and recover quicker! Bounce have created ‘Protein Balls’ which offer a quick and easy way to get protein into your system

Bounce protein balls come in three flavours, Coconut & Macadamia, Almond and Peanut Butter. Each ball offers a different quantity of Protein (with Peanut Butter being the highest)

The ball offers an interesting texture – which is chewy. Bounce have definitely got sizing of the product right, each packaged product is the perfect size to keep in a boot bag or jacket to munch on after a game. The product is also great for post game recovery because they also contain natural sugars – so if you have a long journey home after a game, these are great to keep you going.

Bounce Protein Balls are available to buy in bulk from Bounce directly (in packs of 12 or 40) or from selected Waitrose and Health Food stores individually for around £1.50
